Pathetic service and insulted

On the 15.08.2013 I took the my wife's Blackberry Q10 (2mths old) at Pavillion service centre because the phone overheats and there after my wife will be shocked, she cant even be on call for 3 min. I was attended by Masi and he was very help full and he sent the phone to their repair centre, Krish Balwanth, senior store manager called me and instructed that i collect the phone and I advised him that the phone is faulty and I cant take the faulty phone and put my wife's health at risk and he insisted that i must collect it as there is nothing more he could do, I gave him a benefit of a doubt and collected the phone on 27/08/2013band yes the phone still overheats. What upset me and my wife most is that I kept telling him that it is faulty, it affects the well being of my wife, i feel my intelligence was insulted and I feel disgusted by the way the manager handled this whole situation, he didn't seem to care even when i told him I will take this further, I would like to know if this how MTN treats their customers? who will pay for the medical bills when she get sick? Please treat as matter of urgency, I have taken the phone back to MTN.
