Broken Blackberry Replacement

My wife has a new Blackberry Bold which crashed 2 weeks ago. She was told to return the broken phone for replacement at the Princess Crossing outlet. We went to the Princess Crossing outlet yesterday and the faulty phone was not replaced because we didnt have the box!!! Did you know that if you don't have the box for a faulty phone (the broken phone), then you cannot have the broken phone replaced with Autopage???
WOW, the box has some incredible software!!!
Ridiculous, seriously! the box is in Secunda.
My wife must go get the box in Secunda (200km away) in order to have the broken/faulty PHONE replaced!!!
