No Response & Bad Attitude

For the past 3 weeks we have had NO telephone or ADSL lines. We have contacted Telkoms call centre everyday and all we get is a bad attitude and 20 different stories. The service is a joke. Please get back to us on what is happening and when this problem will be resolved!!! I am highly frustrated an annoyed.
