Can't work, NO ADSL

I logged a call with the Telkom ADSL fault centre on the 20th of February, 2 weeks ago today, because the speed of my 4MB adsl line is ridiculously slow. Download speed of ave 0.10Mbps

I called last week to follow up they said their was a problem in the area.
I have called every day this week and have been told different stories, although today's call centre person told me there is still a problem in the area.

I don't fully believe that as I have two adsl lines in my office and the one runs fine. So surely both lines run through the same exchange?

As yet nobody from Telkom has had the decency to phone me to let me know when the problem will be resolved. It is hurting my business, I have staff pulling their hair because they can't get their work out and meet their deadlines. I am paying for a service I am not using and I know I stand no chance to any reimbursement. Not that that is my issue at all.

All I want is for this to be fixed.

Who can help me? I had the same problem with this exact same line at the beginning of the year. That itself took a week to resolve. This is now going on for 2 weeks.
