PATHETIC SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!!

We have used Telkom previously for an ADSL service, and its public knowledge that their service is the worst on the planet - until now. AFRIHOST TOPS THE ABSOLUTELY ROCK BOTTOM SERVICE THAT TELKOM OFFERS, IN FACT TELKOMS SERVICE IS FANTASTIC COMPARED TO AFRIHOST!!!

It has taken our company almost 2 months and countless phone calls to the Afrihost call centre, trying to migrate our ADSL BANDWIDTH to them, initially we had trouble with Telkom in terms of cancelling the data bundle, but after a weeks battle we managed to achieve this -- the rest of the time (approximately a 5 weeks) we have had absolutely no joy with Afrihost AT ALL --- Richard grace was the straw that broke the camels back -- his pathetic attitude and rude/arrogant telephone face toward clients is disgusting!!!

a naturally frustrated customer who has been pushed from pillar to post for months comes across frustrated and Richard uses a patronising and rude approach toward the client -- this does not work!! Afrihost are in business as a SERVICE PROVIDER - its part and parcel of offerring a SERVICE that frustrated customers will call -- choose how to seal with them -- DO NOT USE AFRIHOST THEY ARE USELESS!!!
