WORST SERVICE EVER

Our telephone line and ADSL line is registered in my wife's name.
She's been fighting with the Gateway (Durban North) branch of Telkom for nearly 5 weeks.
First our ADSL ine went off then after numerous empty promisses and SMS's about how it's fixed this and that we now sit without telephone and ADSL line.
My wife now drives to Gateway every second day begging for some help."Oooo they understand how we feel bla bla bla" what a joke 5 weeks and they cannot give us any answers or fix the problem. Sometimes I see 3 of their trucks parked at the Telkom boxes and they are so called trying to fix the problem. Please how serious can it be 5 flippen weeks. Come end of the month we have to pay for what!!
It's very sad to see where Telkom has come from and where they are today... one big HA HA joke.
