Contract Customers Ripped OFF

I am on a 24 month Top Up contract. This is regarded similar to being on a prepaid. Every month after initial credits are used up i top up quiet frequently. However i do not qualify for benefits of the promotions despite being sent a sms that i have eg. 600 minutes free. Once i try to activate the 600 minutes I get a response that this is only for prepaid customers (Surely you should have know which numbers are contract and which are prepaid before the SMS is sent out). Do you not value us as contract customers to reward us. We are the one's that you gain a regular monthly income and not the prepaid that recharge only when the need arises.
