BIS prepaid customers are being ripped off

When I was on contract, BIS was a month-to-month expense. Now I've converted to prepaid, BIS only last 30 days instead of the whole month. I know of no other avenue to query this, but would like a response on why Vodacom (and/or RIM) is charging prepaid customers un-fairly / differently. Surely there should be some sort of discounted pricing at least?
