Cannot dial Tollfree numbers on contract!

[URL Removed] states ANY network ANY time, however I learned the hard way that you cannot dial any Tollfree numbers with this contract because Cell C only topup the "Available Free Minutes" which may not be used for Tollfree numbers. Each month a debit order goes off my bank account and only the "Available Free Minutes" gets topped up. The only way to get a positive "Available Balance" is to buy prepaid airtime! My understanding of ANY is that it means ANY! The advertising is misleading.

When I dial any Tollfree number, I get a prompt: "If you are on prepaid please recharge. If you are on contract, dial 140 to increase your limit."

I currently have 01:24:10 "Free Minutes".
