I recently upgraded my cellphone but stayed on the same package. From the start MTN staff did not give me the correct advise on the phone which resulted in extreamly high accounts for me to pay. Currently, even though i am paying this high account and contacting them frequently with regards to my status they do not add this on their side on the system and even though i did made a payment yesterday they still suspended my line this morining! After phoning them i was told that my line will be opened up when the payment first reflects on their side which can be a day as it was made with EFT!! I really feel this is unfair as it is not from my side that this error occured. I can really say that MTN is NOT providing a satisfactory service to me as a customer and they can know that I will take my account to another service provider as well as I will be a very good advertisment for them!!
