Advertise upgrade special but not available

I went to upgrade my contract to a combo deal that involved a Samsung TV on a anytime 200. firstly the system was offline so we had to do a telephonic upgrade. however on doing so the consultant was told that that as per an email sent on the 13th they do not order TV's. i was told to by the branch that they would need to find out more details so i left the upgrade with them and came back the following morning only to be told that they would have to cancel the upgrade as the TV was until further notice not available. now while i am aware that stock may be an issue it appears that the issue here is some internal MTN issue regarding the ordering of the TV. secondly although your brochure says you reserve the right to remove any specials according to what i can ascertain the instruction was issued before you published the special making it false advertising. if you cannot sort this out i will change service providers within the next two months. even though i have been a loyal client since MTN first began.
