Not allocating my deposit

I have three accounts at autopage. End of Jan 2013, my payment was not deducted from my bank due to, not enough funds in the bank. On the 4th of Feb, I made a payment towards all three accounts, and faxed the proof of payment to them. I used the one account nr for all three, which was a mistake on my side. I immediatly phoned them, and informed them about my mistake, and they reinstated my lines. On Thursday 14 Feb, the suspended one of my phone nrs. Monday 18 Feb, I contacted them again. The reason for suspension is due to non payment. I was transfered to the callcentre, just to find out they are off line. In the meantime my phone stay suspended. This is not acceptable
