Cannot cancel anythign without killing a tree

I requested over 2 weeks ago to have AVG canceled on my account, yet I see a new copy for next month has been added.

Can you guys actually do your job for once, and before you send me stupid paper form I would of gladly emailed you from my mweb address but your mail portal is not working and with 4 more days left in the month I don't care enough to complain.

WHile you at it you can find out what the is going on with my adsl cancellation I requested it on the 14th and still shitall. I called in on Saturday and someone was supposed to call me back yesterday, in case your wondering its today and they still have not called so yesterday has gone, today is almost gone and still nothing. I have requested the cancellation numerous times already so I am beyond caring what your system says.
