ISDN cancellation not processed timeously

I requested the cancellation of the contract in my personal name when I applied for a new ADSL line in my business' name. MWEB has failed to process the cancellation when asked to do so in June 2013 and still holds me responsible for monthly subscription, although I have numerous emails in which I requested the cancellation. They obviously did not send me the correct paperwork when I first requested the cancellation, but that is their problem. I am really frustrated with the amount of time that has been wasted by me to try and sort out their incompetence.
