TERRIBLE 'customer service'

Its actually sad referring to it as customer service, there is no service involved as MTN do not give a about their customers but only their money! I am sick of this, any concern that I've brought up with MTN they always have a fight or excuses or stories, they don't think of their clients. So first my contract apparently 'expires' and i get debited an extra R60 without being notified or anything about it, then when i call 173, the customer 'services' staff advise me that someone was supposed to notify me... no one did. Is that not breach of contract as i signed for a contract of R199 per month, not R259. Then i call 173 to cancel and speak to a gentleman who advises me to first use all the airtime and then cancel before the 20th so no more invoices generate. I call 173 on the 19th about 6 times before i actually get through, i eventually get through but then the cancellations department lines are stuffed and i must call in an hour because no! can pick up a phone and call me back (Yes i did ask). I eventually had it terminated. I then get unknowingly subscribed to some service that charges me R500 over 2 months. Again MTN cannot provide me with any proof or anything!
