I have been handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys, dealing with Kagiso, due to an account dispute with Vodacom. I requested an updated Statement of Account which they in turn requested from Vodacom. This has been going on since 23 July 2013. I finally resorted to calling Vodacom myself and requesting the Statement. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude on the phone, he told me Vodacom had already submitted the Statement to "Maria" at Hammond Pole on numerous occasions and that I need to deal with them, before transferring my call to Hammond Pole. I spoke to Nomsa who confirmed that they do not have a "Maria" working for them and that Vodacom were lying when they said they had sent the Statement through, as one had not yet been received. To this day, I have not received the requested statement. Vodacom, clearly your admisinstartive staff are letting you down. Your companies reputation is suffering and I suggest you rectify this promptly. My credit record is absolutely spotless and if your poor administration is the cause of a 'black mark' againt my name, I will sue you. Please contact me immediately so that we may put this matter to rest once and for all.
