CELL C - WHAT A SHOCKER

On 21 May I posted my previous comment about Cell C just charging my wife's account for data being used when she is connected to wifi at home as well as at work. It wasn't just 1 or 2 megabytes, it was hundreds of rands worth of it. We queried it and they just said it was correct even though the usage was between 2 and 5 in the morning when we are asleep. They never refunded the money meaning they it. Since we placed a proper cap on the amount that the contract can go over my wife seemingly don't use all her data in a month. Up until today I have not heard back from Cell C and that is shocking to say the least. I reported the person who dealt with my claim a couple of times and they never responded. This is terrible!

Now we are struggling with Data services. The phone shows full 3G signal but no data, as in nothing, comes through.

I need this fixed please as you will loose us as customers if you can't get these basic necessities in life right.
