Not getting the Free 2G that I am paying fo

After resolving my Sim Swap query 3 months ago, Cell C has done it again. For the past 3 months I have been billed profuse amounts of money for data that I haven't even used as the area that I live in has bad Cell C signal. That aside, when I took my contract, it was on the basis that I will be getting 2 G of data per month and pay for whatever is used over and above that. I asked for my last 3 months statements this morning and it shows that my billing starts on the 3rd of every month, which suggests that I deplete my free 2G of data in less than 24hrs. To add insult to injury, Cell C bills me ridiculous amounts of money for Data they claim I use at stupid hours of the night. The 3G dongle (when it does work) is used on a 3G wifi router, which has a security password which is only known by myself and my fianc? which means that there is no possibility of it being hacked.

I called the call centre 3 times this morning and I could not get help AT ALL and the last lady that I spoke to could not even construct a sentence in English, which was frustrating as we could hardly understand each other.

I regret the day I took a contract with Cell C. Vodacom and MTN have been good to me.
