I was sent 7 smses confirming that my Telkom installation would take place today. Furthermore, a technician would contact me 30 minutes before he was to arrive at my premises. I phoned Telkom thrice to confirm what was happening (spent R200 in airtime), only to find out that the technician had come and gone by 11:30am. This was after my second call to 'Nicole' at 12pm to find out what was happening. What pathetic service! What I find more atrocious is that 'Themba' cannot confirm when another technician will be dispatched - 'maybe tomorrow, maybe in a few days'. The icing on the cake is that your agents do not care about the fact that I had wasted my airtime and had to take unpaid leave. I will definitely not be recommending you to anyone.
