I have recently upgradred to a samsang S4 contract from a blackberry contract. However my samsang was and i had to go back to using my blackberry. I have called the customer call centre 15 time and they have put me though to the technical department and I have even been into one of the branches all to get my wasap activated!
How difficult can this be! its not rocket sience, such incompetant bunch of people. Its almost a month now, and I still havent gotten anyone to sort this out for me and I am tired of calling the call centre all the time and having to repeat myself.
I spoke to a guy name Freddi, Shadrack, Nash and many more that I cant even remember their names.
