Bad Service and no cellphone activated

I upgraded my contract on 23/08/2013. I was given a micro LTE Sim card which after activation was found not be compatible with the S4. Why did they not know this?? Another Sim was issued. I was told that it would take 2-24 hours before the new Sim will be active. I visited the store this morning as the Sim was not active yet. I spoke to Taufeeq who told me he would escalate it and that I must keep the phone switched off. I again visited the store at 14h30 as my phone was still not working. Both Shihaan and Toufeeq had attitudes on them that they cannot help me as nobody is available at the section that deals with this. She did try to phone the are manager (Roxanne) but no answer. I was told that I will have to wait until Monday in order for them to sort out the problem. This means that I will be without cellphone contact for at least 3 days. It is now 24 hours and still no cellphone. I am now paying for a contract of which I do not have the use of and they are not really prepared to assist me. I have a good mind to cancel the contract as this is not the behaviour I expect from MTN seeing that I have been a loyal subscriber since they started operating.
