I called into the MTN call centre to arrange for an adhoc debit order for my cellphone account. I was serviced by Oscar Mkabi. He gave me the best service I have ever experienced with MTN when he gave me a follow-up call (about an hour after our call) to make sure that I was happy with his service. Thank you Oscar Mkabi for going the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with the resolution of my query. You are an asset to your organisation and keep shining. Now that is what I call customer service!!! Thank you MTN for providing us with efficient consultants. Calling your service area won't be such a scary thing in the future
