Pathetic & Poor Customer Service - Worst Eve

I have taken out a contract with MTN on the 13/06/2013 for a Samsung Galaxy Pocket & 32" LED Tv. I have received my cellphone but to date I have not received my TV. I am being put through from pillar to post and is using up all my airtime. Everyone at MTN just seem to pass the buck. No one can assist me in locating where the my TV are. I am so frustrated and irritaed and disgusted in the bad service received. I wouldnt advise anyone to take out a contract with MTN. It is so pathetic, I feel like throwing this phone back at the consultant who sold me the deal. They quick to sell but poor at delivering.
