Still Waiting

Hi cell c.

I went to the store to discover that they did book the phone in but never sent it away. I got a copy of the original book in form that they gave me and a copy of the one that I got now when I suggested they start the process again. I forwarded it to Sipho and asked him about the refund for the months because I was unable to use the contract and for my inconvenience. He still has not gotten back to me and I wish to inform you about this.
