Unprofessional Serv Paying for an expired contract

Retentions Department (Ellen and Team leader Jarod (who refused to give me his surname after I asked him twice) very unprofessional - both insisted that I will continue paying for a contract that expired 25/05/2013 - I feel that I should be re-reimbursed for the months where the contract was no longer in force. They insisted that CELL C will just deduct another payment on the 01/09/2013. I don't receive any kind of service from Cell C for this contract since the expiration date - no minutes, no airtime, no itemised billing- nothing. When the contract expired Cell C just continued deducting money from account and giving me nothing in return without my consent. I was not approached by Cell C regarding continuation of the contract after it expired. Both the consultant and her team leader threatened that they will hand me over to attorneys if I don't continue paying for this contract 01/09/2013 - which I don't want and for which I am getting nothing in return. How can Cell C expect me to pay for and continue paying when they are not giving me anything in return!? The cell phone number concerned is 084 699 10801
