Cancel contract with IMMEDIATE EFFECT 0843044421

Cell c have continued to debit my contract without my permission. I would like to cancel the contract with immediate effect but whenever i send an email or call the call centre i receive no assistance. This contract has expired and I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH CELL C!!!
