I have opened a 12 months 3G contract in may 2011 at Silverton and my contract expired last year may. I have completed forms for cancellation 3 times at Mall @ reds Cell c store. But none of them has been actioned. I'm not sure if someone is not doing his or her work or what. I asked them to change my Sim to prepaid. I can't use the 3G because there is no signal at my home for cell c. I have got a new 3 G for MTN and I got a wifi now. my problem is why am i still paying for something that i can't use if is expired.
just get someone to terminate my contract with immediate effect. if you want me to pay cancellation cost i will pay it. other than paying another 12 months for something I can't use.
