I had a contract with cell c that expired in March 2013. I went to the store I request that this contract be cancellled as I did not want to renew it. I was told that my documentation was faxed through. I recently discovered that I was still being debited monthly by cell c to date. When I returned to the store, they are unable to find my documentation. I requested that I be re-imbursed for the months that I was paying and not utilizing the contract. To date I have not received any feedback and I find this unacceptable. I signed a 2 year contract that I was bond to, I find it unacceptable that I was paying beyond this 2 years. I expect a refund.
