Mtn Handset Damaged

Following my complaint laid on Friday 23.08.2013 Ive just contacted Nonceba on 0458393994 @ 10:30 AM to find out what the progress is with my damaged phone. Still this matter hasn't been attended to. My phone is still @ Markham's Queenstown not even sent back to the repair centre yet. Can someone please contact me with this regard? Surely I'm gonna wait for another month to get this phone back... very annoying
