As a client for over 10Yrs .. shocking service!!

Being a client of autopage for over 10yrs it is shocking to receive such terrible service! i upgraded both data and mobile contracts with consultant Bianca, and asked her to ensure that I receive delivery by friday 23/08 .. to which she advised she will try and arrange... on said friday i called in and was advised that she was not in and that my upgrades had not been shipped .. i was then advised that Bianca will call me .. no call received... i called back and was told by another consultant that Bianca had left for the day and that my delivery was scheduled for 26/08... i did not receive my delivery today and on calling back the consultant promised to look into the delay as both items had been invoiced... i waited 2.5hrs and did not get a call back... i called back again and the new consultant told me that nothing was showing on the couriers website!!! do these consultants actually realize that the people that call in are actually paying their salaries... i have spent over R70k with autopage .. Autopage can actually cancel these contracts .. the experienced received has left me with a sour taste and i will let all my family and friends know of this experience .. DISGUSTED!!!
