MTN broke my cellphone and refuses to respond

Thats only half the complaints I put to MTN about my phone that they damaged. I send it in for a stupid software upgrade and got it back with a screen thats half dead!!! I complaint many times but MTN refuses to comment or respond to that.
All response I get from them is that they dont work on phones that have been physically damaged. There was nothing wrong with my phone except for the camera freezing. I took this phone to an independent company, and they loaded the software in minutes, after which my cell was perfect. Now MTN... what are you going to do about the fact that you damaged my cell???
You declare my handset BER (beyond economical repair) but it cost R200 to have the software update for the camera!! Now please tell me that the handset is worth less than that!! I want a contact persons name and contact details please so that this matter can be resolved. DONT send me mails which I cant reply to, thats trying to bully me. I will persue this matter till I can get the right answers.
