CLOSING ON 6 WEEKS FOR REPAIR ON S4

On the 18th of July 2013 i sent my Galaxy S4 in for repairs. Its been almost 6 weeks. each time I phone, they say its still at the external repair centre, for which they have no contact details. This is ridiculous. If by friday the 30th of August 2013, I still do not have my phone, I will cancel my contract since I haven't started paying for the phone, and then I don't want to hear stories.
