No one knows where my phone is!!!

I have given in my black berry for repairs - 6 weeks ago. Have phone and visited the shop where I gave the phone in for repair several times. They can not tell me where my phone is as the repair centre has not made any notes as to what has been happening to my phone. Rudolph from the store has been trying for two weeks to get answers but just keeps getting the run around from every one he has been in contact with. They are as helpful as a whole in the ground!! I am seriuosly thinking of going to the police and opening a case of seeing as no one knows where this phone is. I know this might sound drastic but I'm very frustrated and fedd up! I have been paying for a phone that I have no use of!!!
