Unauthorised security check

My phone was and i phoned in on 22/01 RefA1301226113 to supend the sim card. On 23/01 15h00 I went to a autopage shop to do a sim swop. They told me the sim was active. I contacted the call centre from autopage shop and was told that someone apparently spoke to Sedric M at 11hoo that morning to un-suspend my sim. I did not phone... i was in a meeting with lawers at 11h00. This means autopage allowed a unauthorised person to make changes on my account. I suspended it again and did the sim swop to prevent it from happening again. I requested a password in order to prevent this person who'm obviously has my id number etc. on 24/01 i phoned autopage to verify and they did not ask me for my password.
As a result I have lost all confindence in the security and authorisations process of autopage and will take this matter further.
