48 Hrs for a swim swop

I cannot express how upset i am with Autopage. I phoned yesterday to do a sim swop to a Micro Sim card. its been 24Hrs. i keep phoning a operator then they say no somethings wrong, the other person says cause im porting numbers...(what???) my phone is till not active. i just phoned again. The lady says its only been processed now and i have to wait 24hrs again. AARRRGGG its my business phone!!! This is crazy. not happy at all!
