On saturday 05/10/2103 i went into Autopage to blacklist my phone aswell as do a sim swop, the time was 10:00am, by Monday at 10:00am i called Autopage and was told that the request had failed and the rep was going to resubmit it. Then after calling back at 14:30pm, which happens to be the third call to Autopage i was once again told that the number has to be disconnected first which ment the previous reps didn't do it. She then processed the sim swop at 14:30. Which ment another 2-24hrs waiting time. The sim is still not active 50 hours after lodging the request. This is the worst service i have recieved.
