Adsl 3gig line was not functioning and when checked by mweb said it was capped.this happened three times and each time i was told to put in extra booster and was never advised that the problem could not be diagnosed unless a technician came to the premises or that maybe i should look intoan uncapped line as a solution to this problem while it persists.after paying for boosters three times by only the 13th of August and having used the internet very little during this time i was still made to pay a pro rata amount for the uncapped line which i suggested i move over to and not the mweb consultant who was most unhelpful and made no effort to look into the situation any further and still have not been offered any form of compensation or solution to this problem
