MWEB ADSL IS SLOWER THAN A DEAD HOMING PIGEON

I'm sick and tired of the slow connection speed i have to sit with everyday with MWEB ADSL. I have an uncapped ADSL line that never connects faster than 100kb/s. At home I have a Cell C 3G Wireless USB modem with 2gb cap, that is anything from 500kb/s to 2.3mb/s. Whenever I phone MWEB they blame Telkom. There is nothing wrong with the Telkom line, but it's easier to blame Telkom than to fix the problem. I have only experienced this slow connection speed since MWEB moved me themselves from a 6gb capped bundle to the uncapped bundle when they launched it. This UNCAPPED selling point of theirs is not worth the stress and I have to go through.
