CAN SOMEONE RESPOND???

CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME AN ANSWER??? I NEED to know WHY i got charged R20 for a Prepaid sim card??? I went to Burgersfort MTN and CNA on Saturday and they are selling them for R00.49...??? On friday i went and bought a Prepaid sim Card at Mtn The Grove, I asked the Trainee how much a Sim Card was and she did not know (i thought a trainee should at least know the basic information regarding the products sold at an MTN shop). Eventually after a whole lot of ignoring and attitude, I got told the sim card was R20 .( I did not get a slip obviously) but to my stupidity I payed for the Sim Card. I have been in that store about 6 times in the last month and EVERY SINGLE time I am there I am disgusted. There is never a Manager their and there is absolutely no customer service or compassion for their work. I am surprised there are still customers walking in there. I Have been told every time i go there that they can not help with any problems only Menlyn can help... THEN WHY IS THERE A STORE IN THE GROVE???
