ILLEGALLY taking more money of my account

I recently upgraded from a Top-up 135 to a Top-up 99.
I was assured (and signed on black and white), that my monthly payment would be/ remain R169.00p/m (which
Was in the contract and signed for.) The payment consists of Top-up 99 R70 for Device Installment Fee.
It adds up to R169.00.
VODACOM deducted R 309 from my account and upon phoning
Them, they explained that the extra amount (besides the R169) was for Device Installment Fee.
Upon phoning the boksburg branch, they explained to me that Vodacom was deducting The Normal R99 R70,
With an ADDED R140.00 which was not explained or signed for by me, neither written in the contract!
They handled my query with such rudeness and sarcasm, and could not explain the
Problem to me. They were rude, interuptive, and screaming at me, the customer. Not
Helpful AT ALL!!!
Thus, my query is still unresolved, and my problem is still NOT sorted out!
