Slow response to query & not addressing real issue

Upgraded my wife's phone in June 2013. MTN Sandton store did not properly explain data usage costs, so from going from an average monthly bill of R340, due to data costs received a bill of R2 000.00 1st month after upgrading.

I have been trying to get MTN-SP to resolve the query since 19 July 2013 to no avail. I have constantly had to send e-mails to find out what was happening as no-one was coming back to me. When I finally did get a call this morning from Customer Services the negative attitude of the person that spoke to me was insulting and despite telling me a Supervisor/Manager would call me back as at 17:20 I have as yet received no call back.

Being an MTN client since 1999 probably means nothing to MTN, well at least that's the impression I'm getting.
