So on 8th August I posted the following:

This complaint was to do with the recent complete lack of any internet speed.
I had one follow up call from Telkom promising to make an appointment to visit my place and run tests.
This has never happened, and two weeks later I've heard nothing further!
If you read the comments on the original post, you'll see mine is not an isolated problem.
Others in my neighbourhood, and around the country are experiencing the same issue.
