Your stupid billing department my airtime and i want it back. on the 15th recieved my airtime and activated my BIS. went onto a site that i having been using for past year and your took the balance of my airtime. R116.00 i escalated the matter to billing from customer service and you sent me a response that is stupid and doesnt make sense. On saturday i called the customer service again to ask that how is it possible for me with no airtime to still access the site and download. i have been using the site all the time and have never be billed, this does come before the change 19th. i want my airtime back and if this is not done i will take it furthar. i want an immediate response as to when my airtime will be back. im not waiting 3-4 day as previously advised.
