Took out data contract in May can still not connec

I took out a data contract on 2 May and since then I have been unable to connect to the Internet. I have gone in store multiple times to get this resolved. Two SIM Swaps later and a whole lot of hours in their queues and the SIM card is still not working - 4 months later - ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I have requested the service to be cancelled for a month now and they keep on delaying, probably buying more time until the next debit order goes off. Why do I have to pay for something I can't use??? The service is absolutely pathetic. The staff in store can't resolve it, their technicians can't sort it out, no one seems to know how to resolve the query and instead of admitting it, they delay and delay and delay. They don't give you feedback unless you contact them. I will certainly not recommend them to anyone!
