Fed up with running after Altech Autopage!

I have had a cell phone contract with autopage since 2005 and have never experienced problems until my last upgrade in August 2013. Since August 2013 I have been back and forth to the Melrose branch and have spoken to multiple staff members about the breaches in my contract and still to this day, they have done absolutely nothing about it- even though they say they will. I am absolutely fed up with having to run after these people. how many times do they expect me to come into the store to just have nothing done anyway. the first problem I had was not receiving the data that I am paying for to this day and secondly, I am being double billed on a specific charge. Now after going into the store multiple times to try resolve both of these issues, I am still sitting with the same two problems. Autopage has breached the contract and now they need to fix it because they will not receive a single cent from me until then! I have tried to fix this problem for five months! Enough is enough!
