Overbilled and the sim card doesnt even work!

On the 1st of February 2013, i took up a tablet contract (cost per month: R265) with MTN service store in Centurion Mall. The lady (Patience) told me she'll RICA my sim card and within 48 hours, I should be up and running. 7 days later, i called the store and asked them why my sim is still not working, and to my surprise, she forgot to RICA the sim and that's when she did it. 2 days later I called the MTN customer care to help me connect to the internet with the sim because I couldn't get it to connect. The consultant told me that the sim card can not connect to the internet because it was not provisioned to do so. Since then I have been trying to call the store to get them to fix their mess and I simply cannot get hold of them. Even today, I called more than 10 times and no one is picking up the phone!!

The package I signed up for cost R265 for 24 months, but R295 is debited from my account every month!

I want MTN to give me back my 2 months worth of data (1 gig) and explain why they are taking extra R30 from my account.

I stay in JHB and I'm not going to drive all the way to Pretoria to sort out something that can be done over the phone!! PETROL IS EXPENSIVE!!
