I applied for a special deal on 30 July 2013 and filled in the contract forms at the Knysna branch. To date I have still not received my TV and phone. I tried customer services and spoken to 4 consultants who all promised to help but did not call back. Feeling very frustrated I then called The Head Office and managed to get an email.
They replied to say the matter is being 'escalated' but still nor reply! Still no TV and phone! Apparently there is a stick delivery problem but it doesn't help my kids who are sitting for a month without a TV as I sold my old one to make place for the new. I would have least expected an apology in writing but instead Im dissatisfied and left in the dark. I would have expected a more professional customer service especially since the month delay is at no fault of my own.
