Feel sorry for myself why i choose MTN as my network provider, am on a topup contract, yesterday i phone to find out why my airtime keep on missing while didnt fone or access the internet, Litihle one of the consultant she coundnt answer my quetions, am not blaming her she was polite when talking to me, ask her to ask one of the supervisors to call me back within an hour, am stil waiting none of them bother to call me, the only thing i want from MTN is one of them to contact me and explain why keep on lossing air time while didnt use it if they are not willing to do that am taking this matter to ombudsman and i will also cancel their debit oder with my bank because am paying them for nothing and they can go ahead and hand me over ITC.
