PREPAID VOUCHERS NOT USED BUT BILLED FOR

I, first and foremost, admit that when I did a prepaid INTERNET banking payment for a Vodacom voucher, I put in ONE digit wrong and someone else got my prepaid voucher. Thing is, when I immediately called my bank, they put a query on the payment, but also advised I call Vodacom to assist me. THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM COMES IN. When I called, they didn't even want to listen to me or hear my problem. The more i explained that the cell number was put in is one digit wrong and that I have called the number and it is always off. They refused to look into the matter further. The more I explained that the number is not being used, the more they said the cell number exists and this is my problem. TO THIS DAY. That cell number is STILL off, so my prepaid voucher HAS NOT BEEN USED!!! Surely they can trace that the voucher has not been used, and refer to my call and pleading and at least get someone in management to call me and TRY ASSIST. With service levels like this, I will def think of moving now. I have been with Vodacom, for at least 10 years and if this is how they treat their customers, then it is time to move to a service provider that will assist!!
