2 Days with no cell phone contact

I retrieved a new phone on 15 June 2013 from Nashua Mobile Fourways Mall. I ordered the phone on the 8 June and noone called me to collect the phone despite me following up during the week.
Till now I am unable to make or receive phone calls on the phone. I called customer care the same day (15 June) and they said the phone will be working on 18 June. As expected I still could not make or receive calls on 18 June with the new phone, so I called customer care again the same day and they said the phone would be active on 19 June after deactivating my old sim at the time. Now I have 2 sim cards that are inactive.
I called customer care again last night and they said there is no guarantee that the phone will work today. I am extremely frustrated as I still have no means of mobile communication and noone has been able to fix this problem for me. This situation is an exact repeat of the first time I ordered a cell phone contract through Nashua Mobile. I cannot be contacted via cell phone. Please email me or call me on the landline listed below after 6 PM.
Please fix this!!!
